Ofcom is now taking expressions of interest from people wanting to operate small-scale DAB multiplexes and radio stations wanting to broadcast on them in the future. DCMS has been consulting on a new approach to licensing digital radio multiplexes to cover small areas, following trials in a number of areas of the UK. The closing date for the submission of expressions of interest is 21 September 2018.

Ofcom is seeking expressions of interest from parties wanting to operate small scale DAB multiplexes and/or who are interested in providing services on these future multiplexes.

With the latest software-defined Maxiva XTE exciter built-in, VAXTE transmitters can support DAB Radio (DAB, DAB+ and T-DMB) as well as OFDM (DVB-T, DVB-T2Lite, ISDB-T, ATSC 3.0) modulations.

The top range versions will have a full standard equipment in which we find rear view camera, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, DAB radio, Bluetooth, rain sensor, automatic lights, 16-inch alloy wheels, control of cruise and parking sensors.
