Angel Radio is now broadcasting in Norwich, Cambridge and Birmingham as part of the small scale DAB trials taking place around the country. The station plays a mixture of nostalgic music from the likes of Bing Crosby, Glenn Miller, Jim Reeves, Frank Sinatra, Vera Lynn and Nat King Cole.

The car comes quipped with Holden's MyLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto smartphone mirroring systems, digital radio and in-built satnav.

Radio France, radio stations are now available on DAB+ in eastern Paris. The CSA recently approved an application by TowerCast to undertake further trials of DAB+ with Radio France

Norway is the first country in Europe which will be switching over to DAB+ in January 2017. The main reason for why Norway is first is because of the Norwegian topography, with deep fjords, high mountains and scattered settlement patterns. This unique geography makes it particularly expensive to operate the Norwegian FM networks compared with other countries.
