After months of negotiation, the government of Wallonia-Brussels Federation has adopted new amendments to its draft decree on new audiovisual services in Belgium, including the deployment of DAB+ digital radio into French-speaking regions.

Denmark recently announced its own DSO roadmap, with the switch to happen after digital listening exceeds 50% or by 2021 at the latest. In the UK, digital listening is expected to go above 50% later this year, triggering a formal government review into when to adopt a DSO timeframe.
