KRRiT will expand its digital radio offer to local radio stations in Poland

We maintain financing for DAB+ digital radio for public radio, but we are also developing a new strategy that will enable the launch of additional radio stations."

The next step is to launch a regional-national multiplex. We count on the fact that with time, there will be an increasing saturation of the market with digital receivers, because today it is slowly becoming a standard."

Wiltec introduces hearing protection with DAB+ and Bluetooth

19.04.2018 - National Broadcasting Council of Poland (KRRiT) WorldDAB Member - PolandThe National Broadcasting Council of Poland (KRRiT) has reiterated its desire to move to digital radio, with an announcement of free frequencies for local and urban multiplexes in 34 cities to take place in the second half of this year. According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, a draft regulation will be issues that will define the minimum technical and operational requirements for DAB+ broadcasters in the Polish market.
