First Towercom's trial in Bratislava was put into operation on 15 December 2015.

Towercom received permission to extend its DAB+ trial in Bratislava until 30.9.2016 and also two other licences for DAB+ broadcasting. One licence is for Banská Bystrica in central Slovakia Towercom may broadcast on block 12A, ERP 2kW and the other is for Košice, in eastern Slovakia, block 12B, ERP 2kW. Both licences are valid until 31.12.2016. For all transmitters, vertical polarisation, modulation DQPSK and transmission mode I is permitted.
