Peugeot has announced pricing and specifications for its new Rifter. It comes loaded with technology – Active models have Lane Keeping Assist, Speed limit recognition and recommendation and Active Safety Brake, air conditioning, electric and heated door mirrors, Bluetooth, DAB radio and aluminium roof bars all as standard.

As befitting a flagship model, the A8 wants for little. Standard features across the four-car range include adaptive suspension, HD Matrix LED headlights with dynamic indicators, a panoramic glass sunroof, Audi’s Virtual Cockpit, a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system, DAB+ radio, a remote control for the back row, head-up display, and MMI Navigation Plus with not one but two touchscreens – a 10.1-inch and an 8.6-inch, both with haptic and acoustic feedback.

The Media Council of the Bavarian State Center for New Media (BLM) has approved two new stations for Augsburg for coverage area 9C. Radio Schwabmünchen and Radio Fantasy CLASSICS joins 11 other stations approved and assigned by the BLM.

Two stations will begin DAB+ transmissions in Augsburg, with Radio Schwabmünchen and Radio Fantasy Classics assigned by the Media Council of the Bavarian State Media Authority a data capacity of 60 CU (limited to 1 August 2028) by the Media Council of the Bavarian State Media Authority (BLM).

The Slovenian Agency for Communication Networks and Services (Akos) has granted new licences for five radio stations to begin broadcasting on DAB+, bringing the total to 18 stations now able to broadcast on DAB+ in Slovenia. Bulgaria's Communications Regulation Commission (CRС) has launched a public consultation procedure on the draft CRC position regarding issuing DAB+ licences to broadcasters in the country.
