From 16th December significantly more radio digital stations will be on air in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

According to Les Echos, the CSA has formally asked the government to adopt a new standard for terrestrial digital radio (DAB), DAB + ("Les Echos" of December 9, 2011). This standard would be in addition to that already existing T-DMB. This action will help to boost digital radio by placing the counters. The "old" selection will be canceled and a new call for applications will be launched soon.
