Volkswagen Golf Estate now comes with DAB as standard.

In the report PwC acknowledges that Australia has a highly developed DAB market, with more than 60 per cent of the population now being reached by the next generation DAB technology DAB+. It says the switch to digital radio will not be complete until car manufacturers include DAB+ in new models.

The range of digital radio stations in Berlin has grown with over 35 stations now available in the German capital.

Three additional radio stations were added to the Dutch commercial multiplex on 2 July 2013. Consequently the number of commercial stations in the Netherlands has grown from 7 to 10. A further 8 stations are scheduled to be broadcast via DAB+ in the next few months.
