DTS to showcase connected radio at RadioDays Europe
16.03.2017 - NetherlandsDTS will showcase its hybrid radio solution, Connected Radio, at RadioDays Europe. Technical innovations with small-scale DAB in Rhineland-Palatinate
15.03.2017 - GermanyThe Landeszentrale für Medien und Kommunikation (LMK), Rhineland-Palatinate, has presented an innovative project aimed at facilitating entry into the digital world, especially for local radio and broadcasting media. The LMK has been working in cooperation with the University of Kaiserslautern and the TU Kaiserslautern exploring the suitability of the small-scale DAB transmitter concept for local radio.

First DAB figures following digital switchover
14.03.2017 - NorwayOn January 11 off the FM network in Nordland was turned off as part of the digital switchover underway in Norway. DAB is now the most common platform for radio in Nordland. 81 percent of all radio listeners use DAB, before shutdown the reach was 57 percent.
