Salon de la Radio connects the industry
17.02.2015 - FranceSalon de la Radio 2015, held Feb. 8–10 in Paris at the Centre de conférences et de réceptions Étoile Saint-Honoré, attracted some 4,468 visitors.
Addressing the audience, the chairman of the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA), Olivier Schrameck gave an upbeat talk on the subject of the future of digital radio in the country. He referred to the recent CSA report, which encourages the deployment of digital in France.

Panjab Radio re-joins RAJAR for London DAB
17.02.2015 - United KingdomAsian radio group Panjab Radio is re-joining RAJAR to measure its audience on DAB in London.
Panjab Radio is also one of five applicants for the re-advertised London-wide 963/972 AM licence, and is part of the line-up on Listen2Digital’s bid for a national DAB licence.

Successful digital radio development showing similarities to other developed markets

Research by Radio.NL shows that sales in the Netherlands is starting to show a picture similar to that of countries such as Switzerland, Australia and the United Kingdom where digital radio is established.
