Positive prospects for digital radio in South Tyrol

The Rundfunk-Anstalt Südtirol RAS has launched four new DAB stations and an additional radio station in South Tyrol. In Greater Bolzano consumers can now tune into 52 radio programs and even more than 70 digital radio stations are now available in the south of South Tyrol. During 2014 there are plans to continue the expansion of ten new sites. Furthermore, local radio operators are planning a nationwide expansion next year.
