Ed Vaizey 'delighted' as LBC goes national on DAB radio

LBC, which continues to be available on 97.3FM in London, has taken the national DAB slot previously occupied by Jazz FM. Ahead of the move, culture minister, Ed Vaizey, told Campaign: "I’m a big fan of commercial radio. I’m delighted by the news that LBC is going national. It’s really important to invest in digital radio in order to secure a future for our commercial radio."

Digital Radio: Wiener test for radio-anniversary

Ordered by the Dutch Public Broadcast (NPO) we created an application that enables radio makers to create and control a slideshow which is visible on the display of DR+. Our program pbRadiomanager can be used to control the slideshow with just a push on the button. These slides contain pictures and different apps, such as the weather, amber alerts and traffic information. But it will also be possible for the DJ to sent information about the artist that is playing.
