Nicolas Curien details the progress of DAB+ in France

Nicolas Curien of the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) has outlined the forthcoming DAB+ launches in Lyon and Strasbourg, which will trigger a new requirement ensuring all car manufacturers include a DAB+ chip in all car radios. South African government publishes Policy Directive on digital radio

A huge step towards digitising radio in South Africa has been taken by the South African Department of Communications, which published a policy directive on the introduction of digital sound broadcasting in South Africa.
