At WorldDAB Automotive 2017, manufacturers will be introducing Radiobridge Seamless Switch, which promises a smooth transition between FM and DAB broadcasts using 3G and 4G data transfer.

V-Traffic,TDF and Alpine have announced that they will launch Radiobridge, their solution to providing hybrid radio at WorldDAB Automotive in Munich, June 21.

The latest Albrecht Audio stereo radio combines all reception possibilities with stations via DAB+, Internet as well as FM in a retro-designed housing. Music streaming via DLNA home networking and Bluetooth connection also included.

The new director of RAI Radio, Roberto Sergio, reinforces RAI’s commitment to DAB+ rollout in Italy by confirming the launch of 5 new stations, bringing the total number of RAI radio stations on DAB+ up to 10 (5 simulcast and 5 digital only). The new stations will offer Italian music, classical and opera, concerts and regional news, children's radio, variety and fiction.
