WorldDAB unveils keynote speakers for Automotive Event

Siegfried Schneider welcomes new draft amendment to the Telecommunications Act

Siegfried Schneider, Chairman of the DLM, welcomed the draft amendment to the Telecommunications Act (TKG) presented by the Federal Minister of Economics and Energy, Brigitte Zypries. Schneider said: "Listening to the radio must be technologically possible on all devices for DAB+ to play an important role in the future."

Media Broadcast wants to provide holiday areas with DAB+

The media broadcaster Media Broadcast is expanding the network at the first nationwide DAB+ multiplex, increasing coverage to 96 per cent in mobile services. The main focus is on station locations in the rural area in Baden-Württemberg (connection was already on 20 April 2017), Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig-Holstein. Another focus is the provision of holiday areas on the Baltic Sea and the access routes in time for the start of the holiday season.

DIGIDIA, Norkring and TC Connect win new contracts for DAB tunnel break-in in Norway

DIGIDIA has won, with Norking and TC Connect, another two major contracts for DAB tunnel break-in in Norway. The delivery is for 20 DAB break-in systems to cover around 30 tunnels in the Western and Northern regions of Norway. These contracts finalise the DAB tunnel roll out.

Teracom Sweden upgrades DAB muxes
