Channel Islands local radio going digital

Xperi partners With Commercial Radio Australia

Momentous month for DAB+ in France, with several national broadcasters set to join application round

The prolonged efforts of French regulator the CSA is set to realise several major broadcasters joining calls for applications during November. Radio Classique and Sud Radio have confirmed they will apply in a national round of calls to take place on 21 November, with the most awaited confirmation expected to be from RTL, which may in turn force Radio France to also join the call.

DAB+ training sessions to take place in Nantes

The SUN radio station in the French city of Nantes will hold two training sessions dedicated to DAB+, with the objective to help understand the stakes of terrestrial digital radio and to acquire the technical bases for the diffusion of a radio in DAB+. The sessions will take place on November 29 and 30 and on December 13 and 14 in Nantes.
