Concern for preservation of the airwaves

The Media Commission of the State Media Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (LfM) and the Broadcasting Board of WDR worry about that are neglected in the reallocation of radio frequencies for mobile communications, the interests of public broadcasting as a cultural asset to be high. The occasion is the at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-12) in Geneva in February 2012 made decision to give additional frequency capacity for the equitable use of radio and mobile phone free. NPO, KPN to upgrade T-DAB network
