French regulator (CSA) approves broadcast via DAB+
03.06.2014 - FranceIn November, the Council informed the operators authorised for a diffusion of digital radio terrestrial in Paris, Marseilles and Nice, opportunity which was given to them to usually choose the standard + instead of standard T-DMB, on condition that making the request near the Council of it or of the territorial committee of audio-visual qualified.
After examination of the requests, the Council authorized several operators Usually to be emitted in the standard + as of the starting of the emissions.

BBC digital radio extended to a further 16,000 rural households

FBi Radio announces new digital station
29.05.2014 - AustraliaFBi Radio has announced the launch of a new digital station Fbi Click, set to air on Wednesday 21st June and devoted completely to electronic music.
It’s the biggest project undertaken by the station since launching in 2003 and aims to showcase the best in new dance and electronic music from both Sydney and Australia as a whole.
