Hybrid digital radio app launched in the Netherlands
08.06.2016 - NetherlandsThe digital radio app for smartphones enables listeners to switch between DAB+, WiFi and 3G/4G. Over 60 DAB+ stations have united in the creation of the app. The app is now available on the LG Stylus 2 DAB+. LG Stylus 2 DAB+ is currently the first only smartphone that offers the opportunity to receive DAB+ signals.

27,000 DAB+ receivers were sold. DAB+ was launched in the Netherlands in September 2013.
