DAB receiver sales approach 60 million units

In October 2017, WorldDAB released the latest sales volumes of DAB receivers and network coverage from major markets in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Nearly 60 million domestic and automotive receivers were sold in Europe and Asia-Pacific, against 48 million a year earlier. In France, over a million DAB+ receivers were sold, compared to 292,000 last year.

Swiss Federal Council extends radio licences for DAB+ transition
