A marketing campaign to promote DAB+ has been launched in Italy. More information can be found on the DigitalRadio Italy website.

Young people across Australia not only have another choice of radio channel, but also a new broadcast training platform, following the launch of digital community radio channel, SYN Nation.

The cross-media advertising campaign for DAB+ in North Rhine-Westphalia is progressing successfully. A dedicated website to provide information about the campaign has been launched and includes promotional videos and information on what services are available where.

An automotive workshop is to be hosted by MCDT and the German Digital Radio Project Office in Zurich, Switzerland on 13 May 2014. The programme will focus on bringing digital radio into the car and will see high level speakers from across the broadcasting and automotive industry give an overview of the status quo of digital radio in the car and upcoming developments.

On Thursday 26 March 2014 over 150 representatives from the Dutch retail and automotive sector gathered in Beeld & Geluid in Hilversum (the Netherlands). The Dutch platform Digital Radio+ organised its first retail session to inform the Dutch retail and automotive sector about the progress that has made since the start of digital radio in September 2013. There were presentations from Erik de Zwart (dj Radio Veronica), Machiel Frijters (Head of Marketing Sony Benelux), Barbara Schouten (GfK), Jacqueline Bierhorst (Digital Radio+) and Michiel Veenstra (dj 3FM).

Gates Air is marking its first NAB Show with new VHF transmitters that can be used DAB broadcast. The Maxiva VAX line features PowerSmart 3D technology which the company says makes the transmitters power efficient and offer low operating costs.

SYN Nation, can be heard on digital radio in Melbourne and streamed online. It will include everything from traditional music, news, and current affairs to more diverse youth-oriented shows focussing on everything from queer and indigenous programming to video games and comedy.
