Digital Radio UK, the DAB radio body, and the BBC have launched a music video to coincide with Valentine's Day.

Bletchley Park, UK - Feb 14, 2013 - The new DAB radio transmitters for Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire are now on the air, meaning 1.8 million listeners in the area can receive local DAB stations for the first time.

According to Digital One, these transmitters would provide indoor coverage to 74% of households, and 70% of the road network, in Northern Ireland.

People will be able to listen to digital radio on a DAB radio set, online, on smartphone apps, on TVF or even in their car with the help of an adapter. The service will be provided by four transmitters across the region, inlcuding one at Bow Brickhill.

Nearly two million people across three counties can hear local radio stations on digital services for the first time from Thursday. The new Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire service was switched on at 08:46 GMT at Bletchley Park.
