DAB goes live in Turkey

Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) have relaunched a DAB test transmission with two transmitters in Istanbul and Ankara, broadcasting TRT Radyo1, TRT Radyo3, TRTFM, TRTNagme and TRTTurku on block 12B.

In the second stage of the project, TRT wants to restart the DAB+ network, planning DAB+ broadcasting in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Kocaeli, and Antalya.
