Glovane Co., Ltd has been a member of WorldDAB since 2010, what do you see as the benefits of membership?

One of the most valuable benefits of the membership is our ability to request and receive specific information about DAB services and get updates on the situation in various markets.

We also really value the technical support and advice we receive. In addition, the ETI Library is an extremely important tool for us.

Our membership enables WorldDAB members to connect with us and communicate direclty regarding any DAB issues and/or field status.

What markets does your company support and what solutions do you provide?

Glovane Co., Ltd is a leading supplier of highly-integrated and low-power Digital radio receiver SoCs & Module and Connected Audio Solution. We have established partnerships within the global supply chain with consumer receiver manufacturers and car audio OEM/ODM manufactures.

Can you tell us about your most recent projects?

Glovane’s DAB chipset has been adopted to many Bluetooth Speaker products which require low power consumption. Download the presentation below for more infomation on our latest offerings.

What do your customers value most from your solutions?

We regularly get feedback from our customers on how they value our good performance, low power, affordable solutions, our professional, reliable and experienced technical support for software/hardware and our up-to-date solutions for market needs and specifications. We help them to reduce their Bill of Materials (BoM) costs and our solutions support Color LCD with Lite SDK version.

What advice would you give to a receiver manufacturer considering including DAB as a feature?

Glovane will work together with our partners on the basis of their system level for them to make competitive products. Brands should consider offering a low power solution for portable devices like portable Bluetooth speakers with DAB+ and one which offers languages such as Thai and Arabic. It's important to choose an experienced solution provider that is able to offer reliable advice for new projects. Lastly, manufacturers should make sure they choose a provider with established technical support that is available to help with development and field issues.
