DLM welcomes the decision of the KEF

the Radio Commissioner of the DLM, Dr. Gerd Bauer, said of the decision by the KEF for the recognition of the financial needs of Germany radio and ARD for the introduction of digital terrestrial broadcasting. "I am grateful to the KEF that it has with its present decision, not only the way to free digital radio made in Germany, but also supports the timing of the regional media authorities for the next steps. This schedule is ambitious but it is also realistic. With today's decision of the KEF signals a restart of the Digital Radio in 2011 with the good will of all parties, not least the station operator."
