There are ongoing consultations within the radio industry in Jordan about possible future deployment of DAB+.
A DAB+ workshop and trial took place in Amman in August 2017 organised by WorldDAB and Arab States Broadcasting Union, and hosted by Jordan Radio TV (JRTV) and the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission.
As of November 2017, 5 DAB+ services are on air.
